SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

1. Order Processing Times

• All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
• You will receive a notification email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• We currently offer shipping across all major pin codes in India.
• Standard Delivery: Our estimated delivery timeline for home decor products is 5 to 10 business days after dispatch, depending on your geographic location.
• Final shipping charges (if applicable) for your order will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your payment.

3. Shipment Tracking & Couriers

• We partner with reliable domestic couriers (such as Delhivery, BlueDart, XpressBees) to ensure your items arrive safely.
• Once your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your delivery status in real-time.

4. Damages & Non-Delivery

• We take extra care in packaging fragile home decor items. However, if your order arrives damaged, please take a clear video of the unboxing and contact us immediately at support@ssdecor.store so we can resolve the issue.
• If the courier is unable to deliver your package after multiple attempts, the item will be returned to the origin, and our support team will contact you to arrange a re-shipment.
